Maylene J Coventry, the youngest of six siblings, was born in Cape Town, South Africa. She is married to Raymond for 37 years and the couple has three children and is blessed with six grandchildren.
Maylene has a Diploma in Theology from the John Wesley College in Pretoria.
She was ordained as a minister of the Methodist Church of Southern Africa in 2002.
