Spes Nibafasha is a Christian Burundian woman, wife and mother of four children. She holds a PhD in Literature from Moi University in Kenya. She also did courses of Master in Organizational leadership and management. She is currently a Lecturer at Ecole Normale Supérieure of Burundi, an institution of higher education in charge of training students who are looking forward to graduating into teachers of secondary schools.
